Gelato Cake brings two dessert heavyweights together, crossing Gelato #33 with Wedding Cake. Expect a rich, bakery-sweet nose of vanilla frosting and creamy berries, finished with a buttery note and a faint whisper of gas. The high settles in as a warm, heavy-bodied calm that tends to bring on the munchies, making this one best saved for a slow night in.
